莱菔承气汤促进胃大部切除术后大鼠胃肠功能恢复的机制研究

中文摘要:   目的:探讨莱菔承气汤对胃大部切除术后大鼠胃肠功能恢复的影响及其机制  方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、治疗组和假手术组,每组10只。术后24 h,治疗组灌胃莱菔承气汤(5 g/kg),假手术组和模型组灌服等体积生理盐水(10 ml/kg),给药21天。观察各组大鼠平均进食量和体质量、尿D-木糖和血清瘦素水平变化  结果:①治疗组和假手术组日平均进食量和体质量较模型组明显增加(P<0.05)。②治疗组和假手术组大鼠尿D-木糖含量较模型组增加(P<0.05),血清瘦素含量均较模型组降低(P<0.05)  结论:莱菔承气汤可促进胃大部切除术后大鼠胃肠功能的恢复,其机制与改善胃肠吸收功能和降低血清瘦素水平有关。
Abstract:  Objective:To investigate the influence of “Laifu Chengqi Decoction” on gastrointestinal function in rats after subtotal gastrectomy  Methods:Thirty SD rats were randomized into model group, treatment group and sham group, ten rats in each group. Twenty-four hours after subtotal gastrectomy, treatment group was treated with “Laifu Chengqi Decoction”(5 g/kg), sham group and model group with the same volume of saline(10 ml/kg), with a course of 21 days. The amount of food intake, body weight, and the levels of urine D-xylose and serum leptin were observed  Results:①Compared with the model group, the amount of food intake and body weight were increased in the treatment group and sham group(P<0.05). ②Compared with the model group, the levels of urine D-xylose were increased and the levels of serum leptin were reduced in the treatment group and sham group(P<0.05)  Conclusion:“Laifu Chengqi Decoction” can promote the restoration of gastrointestinal function after subtotal gastrectomy by increasing gastrointestinal absorption and decreasing serum leptin.
