中文摘要:   目的:探讨不同诱导子干预培育对丹参毛状根中丹酚酸类化合物生物合成的影响。  方法:在继代培养的丹参毛状根中分别添加酵母提取物(YE)、茉莉酸甲酯(MJ)、水杨酸(SA)和银离子(Ag+)不同诱导子及其组合,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定各类丹参毛状根中丹酚酸含量。  结果:在实验浓度条件下,4种诱导子对丹参毛状根的生长均无显著影响;MJ和SA能提高丹酚酸的含量,YE会降低丹酚酸含量,Ag+无显著影响,YE+MJ+Ag+对毛状根中丹酚酸类成分积累有明显的抑制作用。  结论:在丹参毛状根中可以添加适当浓度的MJ和SA诱导子会提高丹酚酸类化合物含量,且不会影响毛状根生长。
Abstract:  Objective:To study the intervention effects of different elicitors on the biosynthesis of salvianolic acids in hairy roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza.   Methods: Different elicitors such as yeast extract (YE), methyl jasmonate (MJ), salicylic acid (SA), silver ion (Ag+) and their combinations were separately added into the subcultured hairy roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The concentrations of salvianolic acids in hairy roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).   Results: All the elicitors at the experimental concentrations showed no obvious effects on the growth of hairy roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza. MJ and SA could increase the contents of salvianolic acids, while YE decrease the contents of salvianolic acids. Ag+showed no significant influence on the contents of salvianolic acids. The combination of YE+MJ+Ag+showed obvious inhibitory effects on the accumulation of salvianolic acids in the hairy roots.   Conclusion: MJ and SA at proper concentrations can be added into the hairy roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza to increase the contents of salvianolic acids with no obvious effects on the growth of hairy roots.
